The concept is simple: purchase an eco-friendly container, fill it with a wide range of junk, then call to have it safely disposed. When Web Design Store was approached with the task of updating the U-BOX-IT site to something that would better represent its brand and vision, a fair amount of time was spent distilling the process into four clear and concise steps. Iconic illustrations were created for each of these steps and placed on the homepage. The three primary advantages of this service over competitors were identified, and concise boxes were added to the homepage just below the rotating banner. Visually, the focus was kept on making sure the site was consistent with the brand in colour and style. Special care was taken to not overcomplicate the experience. The final product splits up the various facets of the company, with a main focus on the simplicity of the consumer-centric process.
